We use specialized insulated packaging and eco-friendly cooling packs to maintain a consistent temperature from our farm to your doorstep.

Are all Freedom Farms products certified organic?

While not all our partner growers hold a formal certification, we strictly adhere to regenerative farming practices that exclude synthetic pesticides and GMOs.

What is your delivery area?

We currently deliver to all residential and business addresses within the continental United States, with expedited shipping available for perishable items.

Can I skip or pause my weekly farm box subscription?

Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If any items arrive in poor condition, please take a photo and contact our support team within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
